PSN connection issues

7 replies 106 views Edited Dec 19, 2011

Since last night i cant stay signed into PSN for more than 15-20 mins.Happening on both of my accounts.I've reset my router (Belkin 54g).I've reset my modem.Still having the problems. My laptop stays connected to my internet fine.

I did the internet connection test through the XMB,it completed with out giving me download/upload speeds.Got a msg scrolling across the bottom of my screen saying my router may not suppot IP fragments.I have no idea what that means.

The error code i keep getting is 8002AD23.I put this code into the error code support thread,it's of no help.

Any help or suggestions guys? Would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you able to run an ethernet cord to your PS3 for testing?

Also, what model and version number is your Belkin router? It should be on the sticker under the unit.

There should be a version number like v1000 or vA0000 or v3000 or maybe just v2. What's the version number for your router? I'm looking for firmware updates on Belkin's website.
