hi, I brought MW2 off the PS3 Store and I deleted everything off my PS3 to get the game because I know the game is 7 GB but when downloading it, it takes double the gb so its 14.2gb and it still wont let me download, can I use a usb to store data?

No, you cannot store your download on a usb stick and install from there.  You can move pictures, movies and songs to a usb, but that's it.  You must have sufficient space on your main hard drive in order to install your download.
