PS3 stolen November 2011

Is there anyway to track it online? IP address? HEEEEEELP!

In a case like this filing a police report might be the best course of action. That way you'll have a better chance of recovering your PS3 before anything happens to it. As far as tracking it by an ip address, I'd say that isn't possible. That would be like trying to find Waldo in New York City when everyone else looks exactly like Waldo. The authorities are your only hope here. That and a warrenty...but that is a maybe in this case as I only know warrenties to replace malfunctioned PlayStation Consoles.

my buddy had his stolen, filed with police, even had his reciept and box and evetything. gave them his serial number... 4 months later he gets a call from the police and they found it at a pawn shop.. it had been pawned, sold, pawned sold, and pawned again within 3-4 months.. he went out and bought a new ps3 a week before his stolen one was returned..

lucky shit...

Filing a ploice report is always a good idea, even if only for insurance purposes, but as far as I know there is still no way to "track" a stolen PS3 though the ISP.

Yea, unfortunately, pawnshops usually write down the serial number so in my friends case they were able to foillow it somewhat.lol
