PS3 ethernet speed only 10 mb/sec. How to fix that?

I have the following problem:

My Ps3 Ethernet  download speed doesn't go higher than 10 mbit/sec, even though I have 75 mb connection. I tried different speed modes.

Does anyone know how to fix that?
