PS3 Lagging

My ps3 is really slow. Its not my internet or internet connection and its been going on 4 about 2 weeks. Its gotten better  lately but takes me forever to get into a game.  Even when IM offline I still have these problems. What can I do?

Have you tried formatting your HDD? If you havn't do so, Just remember to back up your game saves to a USB or something.:smileyhappy:

Put the PS3 into Safe Mode (Click here how to do so) and then select Restore PS3 System. :smileyhappy:
