Hello,

I've bought a NHL 13 Rare Player Pack with 9,95€ approximately 10:35-10:40. I have a problem since game froze and I did not receive any cards, so i contacted EA support.

They told me that I'll have to get a proof about that I paid that pack. Now I'm completely sure that I paid that since I have just 1,25€left in my PSN wallet. My psn ID is: pastakauha91

Could someone from PSN give me a valid proof about the fact that I paid for the pack.

It should be in your transaction list in the Account Management app, and you also should have received an e-mail confirming the purchase.  That is your receipt.
