If funds were drawn to your bank account, then your bank account will be refunded. What I meant was that you'll receive a notification of this via your XMB messages on your PS3; sorry should have been more clear there!
First of all, thanks for the updates. I found this helpful and quite refreshing. I just had one question, what should we do with the software/games that were downloaded? Should we go ahead and delete them or what? Thank you!
Same thing happened to me as well. I got a theme for free, and blammo all of a sudden my credit card has been charged 5 dollars for a 2.50 theme. Thanks guys, and also I enjoy having to do a needle in a haystack hunt in order to find out what to do about this. I think this topic would be posted on you blog, or something. Who runs your store really? It updates whenever you guys want it to, and It steals my money? Thats a great customer service model, I wish I could apply that in my day-to-day life, but alas, I live in the real world where I have to at least pretend to be beholden to my customers for some strange reason.
