I just downloaded a copy of Might and Magic Clash of heroes and a King of Fighters XIII DLC that was listed as free under the Valentine's day sale. It gave me no warning of being charged for it but I later recieved an email that I was charged for it. I would not have downloaded it had I known it was not free.
I received $5.00 back, but I need the full refund.

Thanks for being patient. At this time, if you have still not yet been given a full refund on the issue where content was shown as free, my best advice is to contact Customer Service and let them know the situation.
If possible, please have your email receipt from the transactions.
If you're not able to find a resolution you're looking for through contacting Customer Service, please send me a Private Message on these forums with any correspondence from the CS team and I will review it further, but ONLY after you've given the CS team adequate time to review your case.
