PS+ Content Disabled?

My PS+ account was to expire on the 23rd, but I had added another membership before then.  Now all of my PS+ content except 2 games say that I must purchase the content before I can play it.  Sony clearly took my money for my account to stay in PS+ before my expiration date. 

Also, there is no contact form on the site anymore. What's up with that.

Anyway, has anyone else had this problem with their PS+ Membership Content?

you can always try calling sony to find out what happened to your other content.

also, unless you changed something, your PS+ subscription should have renewed automatically.

OK so I called sony after finally finding their number.  For some reason their contact information is not showing up for me at all. 

They tell me to delete and install all of my games again.  However, every single PS+ item I have has been taken off my DL list.  Great help there...

They aknowledged that my membership has not expired so they don't know what to do.
