One of my accounts does not work

Hi Ive had a ps3 for about 4 years now and been having no problems until last week friday when my main account started to not work. Ive been using that account for over 2 years now and it has stopped working. But the problem is that the other accounts on my ps3 work! It doesnt make any sense!! please I need help

it was freezing after i logged onto my user id, but i called and they helped me out. thanks
