No PSN, but internet works

Slightly confused, PSN throws an error code on my PS3 telling me it's having problems connecting to PSN.  Yet I'm on here connected telling you about it on the forums with the same username and password.  I've reset my router and PS3.  I just wanted to see what the Playstation store had on Christmas day.  But now I can't because it tells me that it's my router or networks fault, yet I can connect to google and anywhere else in the world. 

My internet is not broke, but PSN sure is.
