So I live in Singapore, am i stuck in the asia region or i can play with any region in the world? Because i found many hackers in this area, im playing Modern Warfare 3 anyway,

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

The region you choose should be the region where you reside, having said that there is nothing stopping you from creating another account for another region like the USA or the UK.

As for the game MW, the servers you use are usually ones local to you, that's not something you can change.
