Need Help Error 80710092

I recently been gettin this code and have not been able to sign on to PSN for 2 days now. Its a brand new PS3. Im port fowarded per Sony's request. Im in DMZ per Sony's request. Media server is off per Sony's request. I have a static Ip per Sony's request. There is nothing wrong with my ISP. All my other systems work great. I can also use the brower and Netflix on my PS3 with no problems. I just cant sign on to PSN for any reason.
