If I preorder 2k13 at the PSN store "digital download" will i get the Allstar weekend Package?

Theres already a thread with this, every major retailer gives Allstar DLC expect for PSN as it looks right now, which is horrible. Also read the fine print it only allows one account So 2kstore or bestbuy it is.

I got a free NBA 2K13 theme with my pre order on PSN, not much but better than nothing I guess. I only wanted a digital copy and that I got, I had no other choice. I don't buy disc based games anymore and yes my BD drive is still heatthy, I love the convenience of playing games off the HDD. Knowing that one day my drive may fail, I'll still be able to play the games hassle free.

I pre order NBA 2K13 on 10/01/2012 eastern standard time from the Playstation Store and still no voucher code to unlock the all-star weekend content.... Any one else have this problem???

SONY release the voucher to unlock the all-star weekend content on the 10/09/12 for every one that pre order NBA 2K13 from the Playstation Store,but I was skip over and haven't recieve the voucher to this day.. Any one have this problem besides me?
