Any answers ? I can't sign in to psn. No doubt I tried the old router and modem restart. That's a negative.

Got both messages here in South Africa. Started with the "Whats new" tabs not displaying at at all and then i keep getting kicked in the middle of a game. Now if I try to sign in or test the connection it gives me those errors. I changed my password and used unblock Us, but still stuck
