You have to follow them, then tell them you want a refund.
They will follow you back and send you a direct message.
Got my refund within 10 minutes. Credited back to my bank, no questions asked once they determined I had tried troubleshooting already.
This is your BEST CHANCE to get a refund. They are the ONLY helpful people at PlayStation right now.
