Mortal Kombat 9

I bought Mortal Kombat 9 from retailer and tried to activate the redeem code, but i keep getting error, that the code is wrong or no longer available. What to do or to whom i should turn with that problem?

Welcome to the PlayStation Communtiy.

 

Have you checked that the code hasn't expired, some codes do have expiry dates?

I bought the game a year ago and just discovered there is the redeem code. So now i might have just half of the functions i paid for`?

So is that a yes or no to the card having expired?

 

What was the code for, DLC?

Theres actually no information about an expiry date, it only tells me to enter the code to have access to all online features.

So the code is for the online pass, not DLC is that correct?

 

Double check the card, fron & back & make sure there's no expiry date, I'd be surprised if there wasn't one.

also are you 100% sure it was a new game if it was previously owned and the code was used once it will not work twice

I thought i answered it already yesterday, but it seems my post has gone missing Smiley Happy Anyway - there is absolutely

no information about an epiration date anywhere on the papers included in the game box, the game is bought brand new and i torn open the special paper cover of the code the same day i posted here first time.

Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.
