I redeemed the code and got only the Metal Gear Solid VR Missions and not Metal Gear Solid as shown on the card. Konami says to contact Sony to get a new code.
People in telephone support at Sony don't seem to know about this issue, so I'm basically getting the runaround so far. One would hope that Konami would communicate with Sony before sending its customers off to ask for Sony to do something, but I guess that's too much to expect.
They told me to send a copy of my voucher and receipt of the game (which I don't have anymore) to a specific email address. They will answer in 3 to 5 days. This is crazy. I am so **bleep** off right now!
