The senders name just says PSN & when I click on the message, it's showns the PSN Logo & in the subject it says $10 Credit.
The message it's self reads "Thank you for being a loyal customer & fan of the PlayStation®Network. As a token of our appreciation, we've sent you $10.00 to spend on the PlayStarion®Store! Click on the link below to redeem your credit. Code expires 3/5/13.
It has a link with a 12 on it & says $10 Voucher, but I can not click it. It's just simply wont go down to it.
Is this a scam, or is this a legit message with a broken link?
I actually got the same thing and made a thread too lol
Seems that when clicking the 'link' it goes to download the PSN store again. Not sure if it's a scam or legit.
Yeah I seen a few posts about the same thing after I posted mine.
I can't really see Sony just GIVING out $10 to a crap ton of people... I mean, I guess it's possible, but I would really like some confirmation from them.
Uh, I just got home and redeemed it. It took me to the store and the code was already in, I just had to hit "Redeem" or whatever it was. I probably should've taken photos but I just lost my cat and I'm not really thinking straight right now.
But yes, I have $10 more on my account. What the heck is this for?
