The updates to the store I read about earlier aren't there...the pages are on the website and updated, but if I try to click "Add To Basket", it says I don't have access, though I am a PSPlus member.
PS Home, which kicked me off at both midnight last night and then again at 10:15 AM, is still giving me the Maintenance message.
These are not complaints, these are facts.
Here is the complaint.
I am perfectly happy to give a buffer zone if 15...hell, even 30 minutes on the obviously approximated maintenance down times...
But a full hour and a half later, and nothing has updated and I can't log in to PS Home...after I just went and added $20 to my PSN Wallet, so I could purchase more useless virtual clothing, costume and furniture items?
I am well aware of the massive undertaking it must be to operate the volume of servers you guys do, and keep them maintained for millions of users.
But is it really so impossible to have a few guys, whose job it is to get online and update those of us who spend our money with you...and let us know when things aren't going according to plan?
Even a "Sorry guys, it's taking longer than we expected, we will have it up ASAP"...would make me feel better.
C'mon now, Sony. Let's get it together.
I mean....but can we get a time when maintenence will end...the truth this time please sony. your loyal consumers will appreciate u for ..if u care at all..smh
