Ok, so I just resetted the settings on my PS3 because my HDMI cable wasn't working (now it is by the way), and I wanted to play some Black Ops, I started the game and it said PlayStation Trophies could not be verified or something like that... So I tried Netflix and it said I needed a PSN account (which I already have one) so I went to "Sign Up" under PlayStation Network and clicked on Use Existing Account and it said, This service is currently undergoing maintenance. So is it down or what? Thanks!

Yes it was down a lot of the day yesterday, all should be good now.
P.S. It was announced on these Forums as well as the Sony Twitter pages & websites, it's worth keeping an eye on them for future downtimes.
