I had to put the street number on the first line & the address on the second.
I also had to abbreviate street as ST
This is absolutely ludacris that this has been going on for literally 2 years and sony has done NOTHING about it.
There customer service people have obviously just decided to totally ignore this thread.
I was getting ready to buy a game, thats why I wanted to get this updated.
It took 2 hours to get that accomplished. Now I have no interest in playing a game.
Another $30 your out Sony.....

When I called customer service, they gave me some excuse that they were no longer accepting credit cards due to children stealing parents credit cards...
The address has to match the credit card number...that's how I got mine switched over.

I just decided to give up. I've tried all the combination's I could when entering my address but it doesn't seem to work. I'll just stick with buying psn card's which I don't mind doing anything since the store's that sell them in my area are like 5 minute's away from where I live.

i am having the same issue with my credit card, i checked with my bank and theres no problems and they dont know why its not going though either because it should, this is emmbarassing SONY you should all be ashamed of not fixing it, how am i sopposed to join playstation plus if the store doesent work , i hope some CEO'S from sony get a chance to read this , maybe this story needs to hit the news before they so something about it
