Re: Invalid credit card number

I also put a space in between the apartment unit # and the dash and it worked.  I did not put a space in between the dash and the address though.

Putting the Street Number on the second line worked for me as well.

Re: Invalid credit card number

I had to put the street number on the first line & the address on the second.

I also had to abbreviate street as ST

This is absolutely ludacris that this has been going on for literally 2 years and sony has done NOTHING about it.

There customer service people have obviously just decided to totally ignore this thread.

I was getting ready to buy a game, thats why I wanted to get this updated.

It took 2 hours to get that accomplished. Now I have no interest in playing a game.

Another $30 your out Sony.....

When I called customer service, they gave me some excuse that they were no longer accepting credit cards due to children stealing parents credit cards...

The address has to match the credit card number...that's how I got mine switched over.

As it did for me. Put the street nuber on the second line and see if that resolves it, though I think this is something they should just have fixed.....

Re: Invalid credit card number

I just decided to give up. I've tried all the combination's I could when entering my address but it doesn't seem to work. I'll just stick with buying psn card's which I don't mind doing anything since the store's that sell them in my area are like 5 minute's away from where I live.

None of the solutions written here worked. Smiley Sad I'm a sad panda. And Now I hate the fact that my first post in this community is a complaint.

Why is everyone so eager to give PSN all their personal and bank info?...

you can use paypal to add funds to your wallet:
