on February 24 send 20 dollars through paypal and I do not get anything until today February 25 here are the bills

I'm seeing it says "Canceled" twice.

It says "canceled" under Sony's  end. I'm thinking they don't have your money.

It says the two transactions were cancelled because of 'no address', I think you need to take your concerns up with payPal.

You need to fix your address info with paypal. 

Do you have a screenshot of your paypal account summary with all private information blocked out on it we could see? 

It sounds like you transferred the funds but then cancelled after, typically if the funds come out and then you cancel it takes 3-5 business days for the money to come back to your paypal.
