I cannot change account settings on my PSN account why?

I haven't got on my PSN through a computer much, but today I disided it would be a good Idea to edit/change my setting through my account and possibly post some stuff in the forums. Well to my dismay I couldn't access my account settings due to a message saying:

Site Maintance Notice

The server is currently down for maintance

We apologize for the inconvenience

Please try again later

So I cannot edit to manage my account. So I went to the Killzone 3 site to check out my stats and even when I sign in it says that I cannot access my info at the moment and displays the same url with the same message. What do I do?
