Having the same problem and it looks like it's been going on for MONTHS, Sony. I can't download the free bonus games - get error 80070057 but no support on knowledgebase for this error. I can't add funds to wallet - credit card invalid - tried several and none of the info is invalid. I'm thinking of returning this system (PSP Go) but it would break my son's heart, except that he can't play anything and has had it a week. This is ridiculous. Is someone going to address the problems???????

What is going on at Sony? I'm getting the same error. I just added $5.00 and saw my game was $5.99 (nice,right) so I tried to add another $5.00 and it says my card is invalid. Unreal, just Unreal.

Hey all. Just bought a PS3 today and wanted to sign up for PSN Gold or whatever it's called, tried using my Visa credit card but kept getting that "Can't Add Funds" error. Hope Sony is looking into this.

I find it alot of bullcrap ive searched probably like almost every forum about this problem and the error 80032102 or however it goes when i tried to buy resident evil 4, resident evil 5 gold edition. I've entered and re-entered my credit card info, i checked my address and it was correct and my credit card still has money and whenever i try to add funds to my account it says currently unable to add funds to your account ive tried doing this in my console and the qrouity website. Some people say its maintenance but ive been waiting 2 weeks and still no fix and im starting to lose hope. T-T god i hope it maintenace

Same here, no luck trying with either of my two credit cards. "Funds cannot be added" what kind of useless message is this. At least tell us freakin why !!!! Sheesh. I guess I have to switch to an XBox, maybe they want my money instead . Think about SONY you are the ones losing out. So read these messages, respond to ALL of us, and lets move on with life shall we ?!!!

I am getting this same issue. I tried the qriocity site and got the same issue.

For me it started yesterday, and before then it had been working fine.

I have the same thing ... online on my bank statement immediately after I try I get a $1.00 hold on my bank account, in fact now four of them since I tried four times. I checked the bank account and entered my address and name exactly as my bank shows it, checked i entered the correct number, correct date of expiration, correct cvc, all exactly as it is on my card and on my account. It's not so big a deal if I can go to walmart or target and get a psn card, but it's awfully annoying that it just doesn't seem to work when I am certain nothing is wrong. If it can charge the card the $1 hold, why is it turning up invalid on my PS3?
