I am having the same problem, I tried Qriocity, and it told me my card info was invalid even though I entered it correctly several times. I am using a Visa Check Card from my bank. It has never had this problem until just recently.
1. The credit card could be at max or the bank probally made some huge mistake and made your card invalid. Happened to me.
Also Duke Wayne, did you wait awhile before entering the points? If not then you can contact the store for a refund.
I'm actually browsing the forums in hopes to find a solution to this same problem. I've tried two different credit cards, none of which have worked on the PS Network but cards I know aren't maxed or have a problem (since I called the people of the CC to ask).
It tells me that the CC info can't be updated, and it might have to do with the fact that the Account Settings > Manage Account page is going through maintenance, but regardless of the case... It's quite bothersome.
Has the Prepaid PSN card worked for anyone as of the past, say day? or is it still being silly and coming up with errors?
I'm also getting this problem. Tried two different cards from two different CC companies. I've waited a week, been attempting repeatadly to reenter billing info and try for a week. Still nothing.
To my understanding its a problem thats been around for years that Sony doesn't feel the need to look into as it seems to solve itself after a week or two. I'm reaching that point and still no success though.
I can't get my funds added to my account why is this happening. This is very annoying. It keeps saying that the funds could not be added to your wallet. I'm at a stump. Someone please help me.
I'm having the exact same problem. Trying to add my mastercard to my account so I can add some funds, but it keeps telling me my info is invalid. Calling customer support was no help either, as I can't get through due to "high demand for Sony Playstation products and services".....
I was just having this problem and before I continued on to speak to an agent the answering machine advised me to check that my address was still current. Now I haven't changed addresses in more than a decade but I decided to check the information anyway and I found that my credit card information was outdated. I'd gotten a new card with a new expiration date and had forgotten to update the information.
I don't know if that helps anyone else, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
