The 'solution' of making all your addresses match does not work or make sense. I could add money to my wallet a month ago and now I can't. My address hasn't changed and my credit card hasn't changed either. I contacted my credit card company and they are accepting the purchase, but after sending the acceptance to Sony, Sony returns a message to cancel the purchase. This is a bug. Plain and simple. The idea that they do not care to fix a problem that has been stopping them from making money from their customers for 3 years mind boggingly. No wonder Sony is going broke. Complete fail of a company.
I have been trying to add funds from my credit card to my wallet for over four hours tonight, and no dice. I just get the same error message, with no error code to even try and zero in on the problem. I have copied and pasted billing information directly from my online banking (several times), so there is no mistake, I deleted and re-entered all of my information on both the PS3 and Sony's website, tried all combinations of upper case/lower case. After that, I called support who not only couldn't offer a solution, they didn't even try. The agent sent me out a generic form email that I had already read online, and then suggested I buy a PSN card on Amazon.
And after all of this, I still have no fix.
I have been a faithful PS3 user for years now, and I am trying to give you money, Sony, it shouldn't be this difficult.
