Are the cards from the same country & in the same denomination as the account you're trying to redeem them on?

The other issue could be that the cards were not activated at checkout when you purchased them, if that's the case you'll need the original receipt & will need to return to the store from where you purchased them from for them to be activated.

Ok no problem, but they are in US$ & you're in the US, correct?

I've never purchased PSN cards online before, can i ask which website you used?

Did it say that the cards (codes) came pre-activated, I assume they do or is there a wait period perhaps?

Hmmm, this may be your problem, adding funds to an account, be it your own or a secondary one from outside of the accounts home country has always been troublesome, & to be honest I thought Sony had blocked this from actually being possible anymore, I have a strong suspicion that this is your problem.

Question for you, you've done this before, purchased cards/codes online or added funds to an account from outside of that accounts country?

Dude thanks a lot for taking the time to answer my questions! Youre a really cool dude.

No, ive never bought a card before but i thought that was my only option since the PSNetwork wont let me use my credit card since its not from the US.

You're welcome, I've been trying to help but we're not getting too far are we!!!

I understand why you purchased the cards online, I can see why you'd think that was your only option too.

I've looked around Vicleon & it appears that people are adding funds ok this way so my initial thought about not being able to may have been incorrect.

You're not getting any error code at all just an error message is that right, also are you sure the codes are active, they have to have been activated by the seller before sending them to to you to redeem?

It says invalid whenever I try to enter either code =/

Im guessing they're active since I bought them from Amazon and it doesn't give me an option to activate it or anything it just gave me the activation key
