hello
i've a problem with Redeem Prepaid Card , i've 3 games that i bought it new
and i never played online games that contain a code
anyway i used the code for all the games and it keeps saying " The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid "
i tried to do it from my computer too and it's the same xZ
can u please help me !

What region is your account tied to?

For example, if you have an EU account, and you bought a US prepaid card... it won't work.

I am only writing to say I have had problems with the prepaid cards / PSN Cards.  I will not elaborate, as I have said enough.  That and I have some stalkers who like to bash on my experience with this.

Needless to say, I feel your pain, and no one really has an answer for this.  I hope you find your resolution.

Me too I pruchase a digital prepaid card and I now after several tries im getting 8002136 error in my ps3 and on my pc im getting code is invalid

Had an issue before midnight. But I'm able to redeem my cards now.

That sounds like a different issue than mine.  That one, Sony may actually rectify for you.  Did you try calling 1-800-345-SONY?  They are not much help, but they may at least know of a current issue.  You can also try a live chat on this PlayStation Network Site, under Technical Support.  They are great, and it is live.  Actually more help than the phone people.
