Not only do non of the above apply to me I've never had resets, always get emails from PSN, I recently added a PSN CREDIT ACCOUNT and purchased battlefield 4 with China rising and could not recover or access CR. I called support they blame it on EA and of course EA blames it on PSN. This is called lip service. I didn't ask for a change of password and after I did was no longer able to connect to the EA servers. Sounds like lip service need the lip balm of a Class Action Lawsuit to me. I'm a Plus premium member and have generally paid up to two years in advance. I'm doing something wrong right?
