Hello, When I created my psn account it was linked with an email at qwest website when I was a customer with qwest. Now that I no longer am a customer of qwest I cannot access this email. I forgot the new password when the psn was brought back up and would like to change the email associated with the account and update my card info since it is expired. After being put on hold for about 15 mins a woman took some of my info then transferred me resulting in another 20 minute wait to give some guy even more info to have him tell me to wait for an email. I recieved the email and psn customer service said they can not reset my password and I need to create a new account or contact them directly. Didn't I already contact them directly? Is there anything I can do or am I SOL?
