I have a Black Ops II disc from USA and I downloaded a European dlc for the game called 'Extra Slots pack' from the European ps store. Now, the dlc cannot be recognized by the game. So, can I ask Sony for a refund? If yes, then how? I am buying the dlc again from the American store. Thank you. Smiley Happy

Unfortunately Sony typically will not refund a PS Store purchase, especially not for user error or changing your mind type of reasons.

However, You can try to ask support about it, the worst thing they can do is tell you no  http://us.playstation.com/support/contact_options/index.htm

Well, if you downloaded something from the EU store, you must have used an EU account, which means I believe you'll need to check out these contact options:
