Since the PlayStation Network was rebooted I have been unable to sign into my PlayStation Network account on the PS3. When I try to log in with my old user name (email) and password the system says that I need to change my password and that they will send me an email to do so. My problem is I entered my email address wrong when I signed up so it is shown as .....@hotmal.com instead of .....@hotmail.com. I have had no problems signing in before but now I can't change my password to sign into the network because I obviously can't check an email account that doesn't exist.
I have tried to update my account/change the password on the PlayStation Network website as well and I keep getting a screen that says they are down for maintenence.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem are greatly appreciated!
