Wait a minute I have an us account and I live in the us. I bought atleast 60$ by funding my sen wallet through paypal in march. So I am not going to get the ten dollars?

 

So I just got off the phone with support and they said it showed it was emailed to me but I never received it so they add the amount to my sen wallet. So everything for me is okay now.

Both Live Chat and customer service (phone) both told me to wait until 5/1 and if I don't receive then, I should call customer service again.

 

Not sure if the rep I spoke with was unfamilar with this promo/issue or just didn't know how to add the voucher to my wallet.

 

Guess I'll have to wait and see.

This is a shame.

 

I spent more than 200$, i've already posted my PSN (GabrielEsteves) two times and still didn't receive. US account, not canadian.

 

They just have to check our transaction history and then add the related money.

 

I'll not spend any more cent on PSN until I receive what is my right to.

I have a Canadian account and purchased $50.96 worth of games in March.  I have yet to receive the $10 credit.  Am I part of the list getting the credit on 5/1?  Thanks.

Hi Morgan, are the vouchers hard copy? Because I am currently not in US, but holding a US account. And it will be pointless for you to send to my US address. Here's hoping you can push the amount directly to my SEN account.

I suspect it's because of the Canadian conversion problem, but I got a $50 credit when I should have gotten $60.  The email I got says I spent $297.28, but by my calculations I spent $302.74 in the period between 02/26/13 and 04/01/13.  Can I have this looked into with the others?  Thanks.

Morgan, it would be nice to see the list of psn ids that will be receiving the voucher so that some of us know wether to contact customer support or just wait for the message to arrive.

I haven't gotten mine either. This is the first time I've signed in on my PSN in a while but I subscribed for PlayStation+ for a year when the offer was still valid. There's nothing in my inbox and I haven't gotten the e-mail either.

Nothing here either. I checked my e-mail and sen wallet but nothing.

 

Seems pretty simple to me for SEN to be able to track everyone's account and automatically credit one's account.

I have already posted 3 or 4 times, and still nothing.  I only hope I am on the voucher list because I am in Canada.  If I dont get this money before the Playstation Allstars/Heritage sale ends I am going to be VERY mad
