Well, it is now April 29th... Still missing my other $10. As a life long PlayStation user, I am completely frustrated and disgusted by the lack of assistance with this issue.
i too have not recieved anything at all!!! Not a Peep, not an e-mail, and NO FREAKIN UPDATE!!! WHERE IS EVERYONE WHEN YOU NEED THEM!?? I too have been a LONG time playstation Gamer, and this just frustrates the Heck out of Me!!! Shame on you SONY!!!!!
Canadian customer here, finally just got my voucher in my PS3 message box, so hopefully you other guys will be getting it shortly. And thanks for eventually solving the problem PSN Support Guy!
