I bought a $50 psn card from best buy, added $50 to my SEN wallet, then bought a 1 year PS plus from the PS store. I added an additional $5 to my SEN wallet with paypal and Bought something else from the PS store a few days later. So I should qualify for a $10 credit since all transactions were during the promotional period.

In march, I made the purchase of PSN+ for $49.99 and $49.99 for a game. I was informed on the forms that 49.99 counts towards the $50 get $10 back deal.

I was charged for $97.73 and received only ONE $10 credit. I know this is not correct and should've been charged 99.98 thus with two cents off granting me TWO $10 credits.

 

I was only givin one $10 Credit.  Where is my other $10 Credit?

That's the way I see it.

And I'm not gonna complain, because I used my code when they offered 3 extra months of PlayStation Plus that would've costed me $62.49.
So, right there, I already saved about $12.50.

Also, I've received a $10-loyalty credit in the past...maybe twice.

PS+ (with free games and discounts) has always offered me more than what I thought I would receive, so I'm thankful for that.

I am still waiting for my ten dollars SONY. I wonder if it is because I used paypal to fund my SEN wallet.

Hi,

 

I am also waiting on my $10 credit. I funded $50 into my SEN wallet through paypal and bought the 1 yr PS+ service in the beginning of March and I've yet to receive the message with the credit. Also, I am a Canadian here if that will help resolve my issue.

slynfs@yahoo.com on 11th of march bought Need for speed vita and sly cooper vita, total spent $66.98 on PSN
Both are sub account under my care a_hehanusa@rocketmail.com, and we have check all email, no email regarding the credit. I have also check my wallet, no additional credit. Please fix this. thank you.

LATEST UPDATE (12:06pm PST, 4/26) 

 

We've generated a new list of vouchers that we are preparing to send out on 5/1. This is a new list that is specifically accounting for some of our Canadian customers in which the exchange rate was not properly accounted for. 

Thanks for your patience, and I'll update again once these vouchers have been sent out.

So we should be expecting a voucher code via email/XMB rather than a direct "push" to wallet?
