It's been 5 days since April 18 and we all still haven't received the ten dollar credit for March, When you said to wait this long...
What are you doing Sony plus your most likely not going to give us any extra of anything for all our waiting.
I'm going to switch to Xbox because of your lack of trust of a company (example: PSN y2k where you got the people's credit card stolen and now this)
Still no email and no credit added to my psn wallet...
Hi, I am a master account holder, and my nephew said that they have not received their 10$ credit as well.
I have 2 nephew, registered to psn using firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com (both are sub account under me)
they both are using ps vita, but they said they have check using a friend ps3 and found no xmb message.
they have check their email and also did not found any message about the ten dollar credit.
firstname.lastname@example.org spend $59.97
email@example.com spend $66.98
I have check my own email (firstname.lastname@example.org) both on inbox and spam, and found no message from playstation.
I hope to hear some good news soon.
Hi, checked my mail today and didn't get any emails as well, checked the spam folder as well. could you send them to my SEN account's wallet directly instead? you should be able to view the purchases I made last month, it was $99.96 so i believe i should get $20 back.
To all those who purchased a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership but used an activation code, like I did, you will NOT be receiving $10.
I made the same mistake, as well.
In order for them to determine whether or not you qualify for the $10, the $49.99 had to "leave your SEN wallet," and you can't do that with an activation code from Amazon nor a pre-paid PS+ card from another retailer.
In order to qualify, here's what had to happen:
Option 1) Add at least $49.99 to your SEN wallet with a credit card, and spend at least $49.99 on anything in the PlayStation Store, including a PS+ membership.
Option 2) Add funds to your SEN wallet with pre-paid cards, and spend at least $49.99 on anything in the PlayStation Store, including a PS+ membership.
If you used a PS+ activation code from a retailer (or local store), or even if you used the "Buy 12 Months" link on playstation.com's website that redirected you to Amazon (which I did), you will NOT be getting $10 for that $49.99 that you spent, because that amount "did NOT leave your SEN wallet."
Example of False Option 1) Buy a $49.99 PlayStation Plus pre-paid card from Best Buy, Wal-mart, Target, etc., and use the code.
Example of False Option 2) Use the link on playstation.com's website that redirects you to Amazon to purchase a PS+ activation code.
In other words, unless you purchased the $49.99 membership of PS+ via the PlayStation Store, don't expect to receive $10 for that $49.99 that you spent on PlayStation Plus.
