Also just spoke with support and it took him 15 minutes to tell me that I had to keep waiting until the 23rd and to make a post in here. I still have not received my $10.
But then the girl from support (Britney was her name) solved the issue in ~5 minutes.
She made it look easy BTW: just 2 minutes to check my transaction history, then she said I was going to receive my $10 today (it was added to my wallet 45min after I spoke with support).
My Playstation 3 is broken right now so I can't check if I got any messages. I didn't get an email with the code or a message on my vita.
I spent $66 during the promotion. Could someone working at Sony please check it and sent me an email with the code. Thanks.
I tried again via CS last night but it was a waste of time.
Spoke to three people and a manager called me after I wasn't getting anywhere on text chat. They said that I don't have a code generated on a "spreadsheet" and therefore they can't push the $10 to me like other people... not sure how much truth there is in that.
After about 30-40mins trying to get this sorted out, I was told that I must wait until May 1st before I can call again. They stated they have been given no policy at all to deal with these issues on a "case-to-case basis" and despite being able to see the date of purchase, will not help me because they believe this $10 will miraculously appear in my account in a few days. What a bunch of bull.
Morgan, if you are encouraging people to contact CS please make sure that CS actually have the capacity to help.
