Hi, I too, have not receive any of my rebates. I spent over $150 and didn't receive an email, or any messages. I do not have a PS3, just a Vita. Please help to look into it, thank you.

Posted previously about how I haven't received the $10 for my year's purchase of PS+ (via a prepaid $50 PS+ card, US customer). Figured I could help speed things up by including the transaction number.

I never received either a XMB message or an email. Spent a few dollars over $150 within the last few months. We were told to wait and still no resolution, at least on my end. I spent the money on the products at that time to take advantage of the deal and now feel as though I've had a rug pulled out from under me. Not a happy customer at all. -_-

And as far as only the people who have been identified so far being the ones that shall receive their end of the bargain, that is plainly unfair to the whole of us with problems. If I'm correct in understanding the wording of that sentence, the people who have NOT or have YET TO BE identified as having this issue shall not be receiving a redemption code for their end of the bargain that was offered to them. I pray I am wrong and that this issue is solved in a fair and timely manner for all of us.

I still havent recieved my other $10, I contacted Ask Playstation on twitter and they directed me to this (http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-Network-Support/Credit-From-Get-10-For-Every-50-P...)

Hopefully, this issue is resolved. I live in Canada and supposedly this has to do with the exchange rate, kinda think they should of made sure this was taken care of before. Whatever, hopefully they know that we all still dont have the rebate we are entitled to and correct this accordingly.

okay so i just called customer support, talked first to a representative.

i asked him to talk to a supervisor to know more information about if i really am in the "identified" list of peoples who dint receive the 10$ from promo.

so he directed me to his supervisor, with no problem.

so now online with the supervisor, i asked her if i'm into the list of peoples who din't get the 10$.

to know if im waiting for nothing or not.

 

so she putted me on hold first for like ~15mins, she came back and said that's she's gonna retreive the code first.

she asked me politly if i can wait again, i said yes.

~15 mins later she came back and said that she just added 10$ into my account.

 

so i never really knew if i was on the list or not, but at least i got my 10$.

 

i recommend you all to do the same if you want to be sure to get your promo cash back.

dont count on help here the guy dosent even reply to msg.
