I think you have a wireless connection problem. Try a wired connection if you can. If you cannot, then try reading my FAQ for wireless tips. You may have to scroll to the top.

thnx 4 ur reply , i went through the FAQ tips & i just did a weird connection again , i patched the ps to LAN 2 on my router did the settings then the test & i got the exact thing again:
obtain ip add succeeded , internet failed !!
in ur FAQ tips u mentioned this :
'' see if you get a connection, If it works, then there might be a temporarily outage in the network between your PS3 and PSN'' ..

is there a way 2 fix this outage ?? thanx man..

Don't blur out your local IP addresses. Nobody can harm you with that information, and I can still read through your blurring.
It doesn't look like you have internet access through your PS3. Can your MacBook connect to the internet both wirelessly and through wired the same way the PS3 is?

well i'm not pro in these things but some people were taking bout other's ability 2 hack the ip ..
but can u really read through the blur lol.. anyway , i have a cable coming from my ISProvider & hooked 2 the router . my Macbook is set on both ethernet & airport connectivity ..

I don't understand. It's difficult to read your writing.
Turn off Airport connectivity on your MacBook. Plug your MacBook into the router with the same cable that you used for your PS3. Can you connect to the internet on your MacBook?

ok , i'll speek slower.. i get internet from a cable connected to my router . if i un-plug this cable from router & hook it directly to my laptop i Can connect to internet, it flips automatically whithout me doing anything..

So basically, you've taken the cable from the modem that your internet service provider gave you, and totally bypassed your router?
If that's what you mean, then your router seems to be causing you problems. If you take that same cable from the modem and plug it into the PS3, do you get internet access?

i pluged it directly to the PS3 & i couldn't obtain an ip address nor connect with the browser ..
thnx 4 ur patience..
