My account was charged for 2 times for $50 at 4:07AM this morning. I did not do this. I have already filed a fraudulent charge claim with the bank and canceled my debit card. Who do I need to contact to get these fraduelent charges removed.
I already changed my PSN password and I was going to removed my credit card from my account but it wasn't even listed on there. Not sure what I need to do to get this resolved.
The same thing has just happened to me, I was waiting in the 'live chat' queue since 5am, it just cancelled my chat request when I got to number one in the queue, stating that they were too busy. I can't get through on the phone either, it says to try again later.
It happened to me last night. I've been on hold trying to contact PS support for a while now. I emailed them a couple of hours ago. I also contacted American Express to dispute the charges. It was the same pattern. 3 $50 charges within a minute.
Happened a few years back on my XBOX account. **bleep** punk charged FIFA on my game. Luckily he didn't have access to my debit card. Best bet is to change your password asap.
Yeah, the funny thing is my PS3 prompted me to change my password earlier this week, because Sony have been resetting any that have seen irregular activity. Then a few days later this happened, so now I've had to reset my password again.
