Extremely Slow Download Speeds on PSN

I purchased Okami HD and I'm having issues downloading. As I watch it, it seems to be only downloading 1MB every minute or so (if that). It started off ok (but still slow) and now had almost stopped. I've tried pausing it and restarting it multiple times and have even restarted my PS3 a couple of times.

I'm a little upset that a game that I'm forced to download because I can't buy it on a disk (I tried) is on pace to take well over a full day to download. Is there something wrong with PSN right now?

My connection speed is not the issue. I'm running Verion FiOS with the highest plan. Here is a speedtest that I just ran: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2286595843.png

Stay calm and keep downloading

Had the same thing recently with latest BF3 update and now also Okami HD, those are the only things i've downloaded in the last couple of months or so (and the 4.3/4.31 updates prior, could be this?), for me it's about 1mb/15 seconds.. but it's considerably slower than usual for no apparent reason. At this pace Okami will take me like 25 hours, any help with this?
