I have restarted my cable modem and my wireless router, and am currently getting the 80710b36 error code. When doing a network settings test it gets to the PSN and fails, much like what we all dealt with while the PSN was down.
I've checked the EU blog, and Sony's various twitter accounts, as well as here and havent had any luck with an answer. Anyone else having the same problem?
Mine has this error msg as of 05/21/11 in Sacramento, CA. It was working all day yesterday. When trying to sign in this morning it started out w/error msg 80710B36...now I keep getting variances of 80710B06, 80710D06, & 80710A06. Called customer support & they said they've only had one report of this from a person in Portland, OR. Rebooted everything and wireless connection is at 100%...customer service's suggestion is to try back again and if failure keeps occuring by tomorrow morning to call them back.
Ok, so it's starting to happen in different parts of the country. Not just regional. Basically, for now, I disabled the network and internet, then turned off the console. Gonna wait for awhile before going back. Anything happens, I'll let you guys know.
