Error code 80023102. Any response from Sony?

 Have been getting this error code for past 3 days whenever I try to purchase in-game content for Madden 13 and when attempting to buy anything off the ps store. Have triple-checked all c.c. billing info and with my bank. Card is working fine. Going over recent posts, have noticed many others with funding issues and other assorted problems. Is Sony doing anything to confirm and fix this? Seems to be an issue with latest update.

This has been an "issue" for a number fo people for some time & is not as far as I know connected to the last update.

 

Sony does not read nor reply to any posts on these Forums, have you looked your error code up, if so does it relate to a billing issue or to something else?

same issue for me except im using a psn card. i submitted an email to support, and i am going to call in the morning. hopefully this gets resolved fast
