Well my ps3 allowed me to change the password on 2 accounts but not on my 3rd account...its giving me an error code. I used a fake email for 2 of the accounts and changed the email to a legit email on one but I can't get into my 3rd account it says server error...maybe we have to wait it out??

Having the same problem, i was able to reset my password but when i tried to reset my sons password i got "a system error has

occurred". I tried to reset it on my PS3 and one his PS3... nothing works

Another thing is that, if you do a connection test on the accounts hvaing server errors connection to PSn will fail on any working account it will succeed....so maybe the accounts haven't fully populated onto the servers yet?
