I have been receiving this error since late on the night of the 12th. I was not able to connect all through the 13th and early here on the morning of the 14th, I am still getting this error. The little "news" ticker is still showing deals for PS+ Members, which is all fine and great, but I can't access the network to purchase anything or even download my PS+ games in the last PS Store update.
I've power cycled my router, I've changed my PS3's static IP, turned on and off DMZ mode, tried a wired connection and re-enterd all my DNS, subnet, and IP information, then had to go back to wireless and enter it all again, and I still can't connect. Though, I am friends with multiple of my PSN friends on MSN and Steam and they are saying they still have access to their accounts and were happily playing games away all day.
A fix would be greatly appreciated so I don't have a 300 dollar paperweight and $1000 of games being used as paperweight. And I can't even use my digital games as paper weights so they are extra useless.

PSN is still down for me. This is now about 2 and a half days. This is getting rather frustrating and I am becoming livid. This morning I received the error code 80710B23. This is horse shit.
