I was trying to buy a psn plus subscription but I kept getting errors. I had added funds and everything. When I ordered it the first time nothing happened so I tried ordering it again and the second time it worked. I never meant to order it twice but that's what happened. I wrote an email to the company and it's been about two days and I haven't received any feedback. I called and all I got was an automated message telling me to press a bunch of numbers that led nowhere. I was charged 17.99 twice and I didn't realize it until I checked my bank account. I NEED a refund asap but I can't seem to get in touch with someone who can help me. What do I do?
