It is April 13th, and I still haven't received the $60 I was supposed to receive in voucher codes for the "Spend $50, get $10 back" deal. Didn't they say that they would send it by 11pm PST April 12th? I checked my email inbox and there's nothing there.
I called Sony and they said that they are aware of accounts that didn't get their credits or only got partial credits that they were owed from spend 50 get 10 promo, Sony says it should come by May 1st.
I will see then if my other $10 shows up.
If not I will call Sony again but I expect what they told me should just happen
What you are stating is akin to asking for money from a Japanese store because you couldn't read Japanese and therefore don't know what to order from them.
I'm having the same problem. I subscribed to PS+ with a code from Amazon rather than funding my wallet and subscribing with my wallet. Because of the fine print, Sony is perfectly within their rights to deny me. But let me be perfectly clear. As someone who now subscribes to PS+ and owns over 50 PS3 games split about evenly between digital and disc, I'd like to think my business is worth 10 bucks that I believe I was promised in a promotion. If if is not, I will switch to Microsoft next time and not renew my subscription. If Sony does not care about destroying my brand loyalty that it's taken them 15 years to build, neither do I.
