Thanks for the replies guys!
Yes, the first thing I did was change my password, removed my credit card (It was an old one I was about to cancel too, darn!) and I sent an email to Sony support, since it was already late night.
I'll try to get in touch with them via phone, to see what's up. I'm glad I was home when I received the email notifications that my account was being charged, I changed my password right after the 3rd charge showed up.
I believe I was also hacked. Two 50 dollar and one five dollar transactions occurred at 4:13 this morning. Whom ever did this purchased fifa points. I have since removed my credit card details and changed my password. The damage is already done...
That is correct, I just checked in other websites and a lot of people have been victims to a FIFA exploit. Most people have been hit with $150 (Max amount in wallets).
I'm glad I was able to change my password before they were able to buy the points, and I received a refund from Sony. Great customer support!
I too had $150 added to one of my playstation accounts and a bunch of FIFA points purchased. This account I have not used in years and it shouldn't have even had my new card on it. There were 3 purchases of FIFA points and 1 purchase of an EA season pass. I've never owned a FIFA game or any EA game.
